1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) c888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. c888 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. 3.3 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If any of your registered details change, you must update your c888 account promptly. c888 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information.

3.4 Non-Transferability. Your c888 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your c888 account.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your c888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

4.2 You must not share your login credentials with any other person. c888 will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel.

4.3 You must notify c888 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. c888 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification. Any activity conducted through your account prior to such notification remains your responsibility.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency. All transactions on c888 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any amounts displayed on the platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. c888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at c888's discretion.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱5. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. 5.6 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with AML best practices. c888 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps where withdrawal methods differ from deposit methods.

5.7 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. c888 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from c888 support.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 c888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are stated at the point of offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. c888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

6.4 One Welcome Bonus. The c888 welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

6.5 c888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed the promotion.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games available on c888 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All c888 casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or player history.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c888 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Creating or operating more than one c888 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with c888 games or services;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c888 staff or other players;

8.2 c888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any c888 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Termination

13.2 You may close your c888 account at any time by contacting c888 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13.3 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
